The "4U Factor Show" involved talented Phones 4u employees winning the chance to take part in a professionally produced show, before an audience of over 1000 of their colleagues. Choreographer, Ruth Trantor put the participants through their paces at a four day long "Boot camp" before combining their talents with professional dancers, singers and musicians to create a fantastic night of entertainment.
